Neighborhood Maintenance Checklist

• Remove the furnace filter.
• Remove the carpeting entirely from the unit if replaced.
• If the cigarette smells severe and has tar stains, wipe down all walls to remove tar (recommend sponge mop with simple green).
• Biosweep Cleveland is then scheduled for possession of the unit with abilities to lock up and secure the unit for 24 hours to remove all foul smells.
• After the Biosweep Basic Treatment is completed, new paint (if needed), new carpet (if needed), and a new furnace filter are installed.
