- Remove and replace the furnace filter after the scheduled Biosweep Treatment.
- Remove the carpeting from the unit entirely if it is being replaced.
- If the cigarette smell is severe and there are yellow tar stains, an additional tar removal service fee is required, and the proper supplies will need to be special-ordered.
- Remove all fire smoke detectors for scheduled Biosweep Treatment.
- Unplug the always-on vent, if applicable, for scheduled Biosweep Treatment.
- Biosweep Cleveland is then scheduled to take possession of the unit, lock it up, and secure it for 24 hours to remove all foul odors.
- After the Biosweep Basic Treatment is completed, new paint (if needed), new carpet (if needed), and a new furnace filter are installed.
- Ceiling fans, ductwork, and some Appliances are possible sources of issues that require specialized treatment by other companies or removal and replacement.
