Neighborhood Maintenance Checklist

• Remove the furnace filter.
• Remove the carpeting entirely from the unit if replaced.
• If the cigarette smells severe and has yellow tar stains, an additional tar removal service fee is needed, and chemicals will be specially ordered.
• Remove all fire smoke detectors for scheduled Biosweep treatment.
• Unplug the always-on vent, if applicable, for scheduled Biosweep treatment.
• Biosweep Cleveland is then scheduled for possession of the unit with abilities to lock up and secure the unit for 24 hours to remove all foul smells.
• After the Biosweep Basic Treatment is completed, new paint (if needed), new carpet (if needed), and a new furnace filter are installed.
